Utility ATV Axles
Nduro also manufacture Yamaha ATV utility axles, splined
to your original crown wheel.
So if you have lost rear drive, and your axle is turning
in the crown wheel (diff unit) it means that you have stripped/worn
the splines on your original axle.
In normal circumstances this can be a costly repair at most
dealers. A new axle & crown wheel can cost up to £500.00
plus fitting.
Nduro can manufacture you a new axle, splined to your existing
crown wheel. All you need to do is take off our diff unit,
strip the unit and send us the crown wheel (do not send us
your axle – we only put this in our scrap bin). We then
clean the crown wheel and manufacture a new axle with splines
to suit the wear left on the internal splines on your crown
wheel. IF you need new bearings and seals, let us know and
we can also price and supply these to you at the same time.
Some axles require a new modified seal kit.
If you want us to do the Diff rebuild, simple send us your
diff – without the axle. We charge £35.00 labour,
+ parts + vat + postage for the Diff re-build.

Nduro axle manufacture
Axles do have a lifetime warranty, but if used in any form
of racing/Enduro/MX/Grass track etc or in a modified ATV then
warranty does not apply, due to the stresses and strains that
may be placed on the axle that our beyond our control. Warranty
does not cover axles fitted to Road Legal ATVs in the UK as
the Nduro axle in the UK does not have type approval.
