Swift service from Suzuki

Excellent service from Suzuki parts department coupled with top class enthusiasm from Suzuki dealership, Nick Davies- Nduro, has left QRA Championship rider, Simon Ostenton, one very satisfied customer.

Simon Ostenton, currently racing in the QRA Enduro Championship, crashed his Suzuki LT-R450 in a recent race, sustaining significant damage. Due to tremendous support from Suzuki GB parts department and Suzuki dealership, Nick Davies- Nduro, Simon’s ATV was as good as new in no time.

Jayne Davies of Nick Davies - Nduro, commented, “Thanks to outstanding help from Suzuki GB parts, and the great parts stock, we were able to get all the parts, including the frame, so the ATV could be rebuilt to its original state as soon as possible.”

The speed at which Simon’s ATV was fixed just goes to show the advantages of purchasing an ATV from an authorised Suzuki dealership. The support from the dealership and from Suzuki GB’s parts department meant that Simon could race again within a week, a service that is far from guaranteed with an ATV bought from an unauthorised source.
